What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It can remember actions and preferences over time, so you do not have to enter them again when you return or move between pages.

How do we use cookies?

FindIPv6 uses essential cookies where they are needed for security, form submissions, and session protection. These support the operation of the tools and are not used to build an advertising profile.

Google AdSense Privacy & messaging manages consent choices for Google advertising. It shows the available options where required and stores the resulting preference.

We also send page-view totals to Google Analytics from our server. These events do not use Analytics cookies and use a new random identifier for every page view. The visitor IP address is sent to Google Analytics only so it can determine the visitor country for aggregated country statistics.

How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps

FindIPv6 loads its web fonts from Google. When your browser requests a resource from Google, technical request data, including your IP address, may be sent to Google so it can deliver the resource. This is separate from Google Analytics and advertising services.

Google explains that websites using services such as Google Analytics, AdSense, Google Ads, or embedded YouTube content may send the page URL and IP address to Google.

How you can control the information sent to Google
